When someone explains you to yourself, part of your attention goes to them. Whether you trust them. Whether they are like you. Whether they are performing being calm. That attention has to come from somewhere, and it comes out of the thing they were explaining.
So there is nothing to look at. One synthetic voice reads every entry out loud, the same one every time, until it stops being a person and works more like a typeface.
What is left in front of you is a sentence and the question of whether it is true of you. That question is the only one this is for.
Every entry was written to be spoken over a few seconds of footage. That is why the sentences are short: they were built to be heard, not scanned. The text on this site is those spoken lines, set down and made searchable, because a clip goes past you once and a page waits.
Nothing here tells you what you have. Every entry describes something you do, and why doing it makes sense — which is a different kind of sentence, and a smaller one. If something here is the largest thing in your life right now, it deserves a person and not an archive.
